font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体">近年来，海洋运输业快速发展，船舶总吨位不断增加，由此带来海洋环境急剧恶化，船舶污水直接排放造成的海水污染、原油泄漏、压载水污染等现象屡见不鲜，引起了全球范围内的关注。国际海运在我国国民经济发展中占有非常重要的地位，“十二五”期间，我国也将加大海洋环境污染防治和生态保护的力度，《全国海洋经济发展“十二五”规划》和《船舶工业“十二五”发展规划》中均强调海洋生态环境保护和船舶水处理系统的重要性。<span lang="EN-US">2013</span>年<span lang="EN-US">9</span>月<span lang="EN-US">29</span>日，中国（上海）自由贸易试验区正式挂牌成立，也将给全球航运及船舶行业带来新的市场机遇。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

font-family:宋体;mso-bidi-font-family:宋体">随着全球对水域环境保护的重视，国际海事组织及各国制定了更严格的船舶污水排放法规，严格的排放要求也必将推动船舶污水处理技术的发展，防止和减少船舶污染海洋将给人类的未来带来无尽的利益。我国已加入了国际海事组织大部分重要的公约，公约规则的推陈出新也将为我国船舶水处理行业带来了新的机遇与挑战。当前，我国已在船舶水处理领域取得了很多重大突破，但由于缺失高效的交流与沟通平台，企事业与科研机构难以对接，产生了大量的资源浪费，严重制约了船舶水处理产业的发展。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
