今天仔细阅读了“Operation of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants”(Page24-26 到24-30)。要点如下:化学剂量:
1。To achieve 85 to 90% P removal, Al: P mole ratios of approximately 2:1 are typical (Metcalf & Eddy, 2003). Assuming a typical concentration of 10 mg/l of P, a dose of 192 mg/l of alum will be required.
2. Efficient P removal with iron salts requires 1.8 mg/l of iron per 1 mg/l of P (Metcalf & Eddy, 2003), plus at least 10 mg/l of iron for hydroxide formation. On this base, 85 to 90% P reductions typically require 15 to 30 mg/l of iron (ranging from 45 to 90 mg/l as ferric cloride) per 1 mg/l of P removal
对于"毒性"或"抑制",是这么说的:Chemical overdosing can hurt the process as much as underdosing, so the in-plant chemical dosage rate should be set significantly lower than the theoretical dose and then systematically increased untile optimum performance is attaiined. |
