There are many new technologies for biosolids handling after dewatering, such as second generation ATAD, TPAD, microwave, belt dryer. When you select the biosolids process, you need consider where the final product go. If the heavy metal in biosolid is not high, the composting is the process I suggest. The conposting product can be used for farm. L ot of low-tech but high labor processes maybe can be used in China, such air drying, evaporation lagoon, drying bed.
