POSITION TITLE:	Utility Water Applications Leader, Asia Pacific
LOCATION:	Shanghai
SCOPE AND ESPONSIBILITIES:
	Job Scope: − Current Operation technical support(after-sales) − Trial Support, either New Product Launch items or non- NPL(Pre-Sales) − Markets technical info study − Understand the applications in US/Europe to help the application in AP − Understand the applications in AP to apply them across countries − Chemistry study − Recommend raw materials and product substitution to get better performance Job Description: The Water Applications Leaderprovides sales and technical support to Sales, Technology, and Business Management l Functions as a product and/or market segment expert - supporting new sales activities - providing defensive strategies to thwart competitive threats - troubleshooting and product problems - and is active in industry trade and technical associations l Leads problem solving teams, presents customer presentations, develops and delivers training materials, ensures safe practices, plus provides expert applications information and market based feedback to all parts of the business. l Responsible for in-field implementation and coordination of new product commercialization activities as such, provides field input to R&D projects, validates and determines best fit for new technologies and provides tactical and strategic direction for use and competitive positioning. l Strong technical background on cooling and boiler/RO, water treatment chemistry Accountabilities: l Maintain/grow product line l Provide product line or market segment consultative services · Trial, training, equipment
