首先想问版主一下：“即”对水业投资项目熟悉中的”既“用错了，应该是"既"!
我的翻译如下：many a people hold that it should separate the management from the investment. but for the managers,they believe that it shoud be supervised by the organization,who are not only familiar with (to know well) the investment project of water industry ,but also acquainted with the capital market.
